Masculinity Redefined: Being a Male Ally on the Fireline

Join us on June 8 from 5:00–7:00pm (PST) on Zoom for a dynamic webinar: Masculinity Redefined: Being a Male Ally on the Fireline. This interactive session will explore how male allies can help build healthier, more inclusive fire crews by creating positive relationships with themselves and their crews, speaking up, standing strong, and intervening when needed. You'll hear from experienced fire leaders and strong advocates as they share personal stories and practical tools to challenge harmful norms and model values-based leadership.

Featuring:

Ben Strahan- Superintendent of the Eldorado Hotshots and firefighter wellness leader and coach

Evan Sterling- Bureau of Land Management Fire Medic, Firefighter Wellness Retreat peer leader and meditation teacher

Kyle Trefny- FireGeneration Collaborative Co-founder and BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ firefighter ally and advocate
