The National Multi-Agency Coordinating Group (NMAC) moved National Planning Level to 5 today, while the Nation's capitol and the mainstream media continue focus on the Game of Thrones atmosphere surrounding the Trump administration.  From NMAC...

“Given the hot, dry weather and the increase in fire activity in the western U.S., NMAC moved to PL 5 today due to the complexity of current fires and to assure that firefighting resources are available for protection of life, property and our nation’s natural resources.”
